BJJ Combat Gear Refund and Returns Policy
At BJJ Combat Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
1. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the exact condition they were when shipped: brand new, unworn, and unwashed.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that custom-patched, embroidered, screen-printed, or sublimated items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Return Your Items
To initiate a return, please contact our team at orders@bjjcombatgear.com with your order number and details about the product you want to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refunds
We will process your refund once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions. The refund will be applied to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
4. Return Shipping
We will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
